As an Excavation Laborer, you will have the opportunity to assist with excavation projects across the area, gaining valuable experience in the construction industry.

• Assist operators with utility installation, footing excavation, grading, and site prep
• Operate skid loader and front end loader to load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed
• Ensure worksite is kept clean and organized
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Team player with good communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
