Job DetailsSalary: $120,000 - $155,000 per year.

- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction or similar field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
- Ability to travel regularly to job sites across different regions.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage field crews and subcontractors.
- Solid understanding of safety standards and commitment to enforcing safety protocols.
- Proficient in construction documentation, reporting, and communication with project teams and clients.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
- Experience with construction management tools and software.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between project locations.
