Job Description
A growing commercial general contractor is looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager to their national team to support a range of diverse and fast-paced projects. This is a national firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work across sectors like retail, hospitality, healthcare, office, and adaptive reuse.
This is a great role for someone who wants hands-on experience, real responsibility, and long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project teams with scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
- Assist with budget tracking, change orders, and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Help ensure smooth project execution from precon to closeout
- 3-7cyears of experience in commercial construction
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Procore or similar platforms is a plus
- Growing company with a solid pipeline of work
