Blu Arc Steel & Precast is seeking reliable Iron Erectors with experience in structural steel erection to join our team. Iron Erectors will be responsible for erecting, installing, and securing precast and structural steel frameworks among other tasks. The work is primarily performed outdoors at construction sites. The ideal candidate must also demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by following proper industry procedures and wearing appropriate protective equipment when necessary.

Erect, install, and secure precast and structural steel frameworks. Perform various construction site tasks and assist team members as needed.

Pay: $20 – $24 per hour, based on experience.

Hours:

Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Actual hours and days may vary due to project deadlines; overtime may be required.

• Experience is preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate.
• Must be able to work at heights.
• Experience with crane operation is a plus.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be available for some travel outside Sioux Falls (about 20%).
• Physical endurance to complete necessary tasks.
• Ability to pass all pre‑employment screenings.
