Do you have a sharp eye for risk and a passion for building strong, secure partnerships? Join Central Payments as our Third Party Risk Manager and play a key role in protecting our business while enabling smart, strategic growth in the fintech space.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead oversight of third-party relationships, including due diligence, ongoing reviews, incident tracking, and timely remediation
- Maintain and update risk profiles for mission-critical third parties, ensuring accurate and dynamic risk assessments
- Ensure all required documentation for new and existing vendors is complete, organized, and compliant with internal policies
- Monitor regulatory changes and update third-party risk policies and procedures across the full vendor lifecycle
- Partner with cross-functional teams to review third-party relationships and related products for regulatory and business alignment
- Prepare and present risk assessments to executive leadership and governance committees, highlighting key risks, trends, and recommendations
- Manage and mentor third-party risk analysts, supporting performance, development, and process improvements

What You Bring:
- Strong knowledge of third-party risk management and compliance principles
- Understanding of FFIEC and COSO guidance
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present risk insights clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Experience building effective relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency with risk management software and Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in risk management or a related area (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) certification is a plus
