Lead Service Sales

Overview

This individual will develop new customer relationships and maintaining existing accounts.

• Work independently with minimum direct supervision.
• Become familiar with company service offerings and capabilities.
• Prospect for potential new clients and cold call as suitable
• Identify new business opportunities, continually assess market data and pricing trends
• Plan approaches and presentations for prospects.
• Work with Service Technicians to develop proposals that meet the potential needs, concerns and objectives.
• Prepare estimates and proposals with Service Technicians.
• Present a professional image at all times
• Perform other duties as required

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development and/or Account Management
• Experience in plumbing and hydronics preferred, but not required
• Desire to build and grow business relationships both internally and externally
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and creative
