The Tire & Lube Technician is responsible for performing non-technical automotive service repairs, including oil changes, vehicle inspections, and all tire/wheel related services. This is a full‑time position, Monday–Friday with half-days on Saturday, one day off during the week, and closed every Sunday.

• Professionally performs non-technical automotive service repairs.
• Performs all tire and wheel related services following Motorist Assurance Program guidelines.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Documents services performed.
• Follows company and manufacturer service guidelines.
• Follows safety rules and regulations.
• Attends formal training regularly to remain proficient in changing automotive technology.
• Maintains a clean and organized service department, warehouse, showroom, and building exterior.
• Performs other tasks as directed by the Service Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience preferred, but we will train motivated candidates.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Good physical health including ability to frequently lift 60 pounds and perform tasks such as bending, carrying, hearing, lifting, pushing, standing, stooping, walking, climbing, crawling, crouching, and reaching.
• Ability to work at varying temperatures and humidity; may be subjected to vibrations, mechanical and electrical hazards, fumes, dust, and high noise levels.
