We are a growing organization that supports merchant partners through underwriting, funding, and account servicing functions. The team works closely across departments to ensure accurate documentation, responsive service, and strong external partnerships.
The RoleThe Merchant Support Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across merchant accounts, collections, and legal coordination activities. This role ensures documentation is accurate, requests are completed on time, and internal and external partners receive clear communication. You’ll work closely with underwriting, collections, leadership, and legal support to keep account processes organized and moving forward.
What You’ll Do- Support merchant account servicing, including payoff letters, zero-balance letters, and reconciliation requests
- Prepare and process UCC filings and terminations
- Coordinate documentation for accounts being sent to external collections agencies
- Organize and upload required documentation to internal systems and shared platforms
- Assist with bankruptcy-related account processing and documentation
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond to routine service and documentation requests
- Support internal legal activities by preparing routine correspondence and organizing case files under attorney direction
- Complete recurring reports and assist with special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable following established processes and detailed instructions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in an administrative support or office coordination role
- Experience in collections, financial services, or account servicing
- Experience working with legal documentation or regulated processes
