Position: SDSU Metro Center Program Assistant I

Overview

The new SDSU Metro Center is seeking a Program Assistant I to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the smooth daily operation of our facility and help create a welcoming, people-centered environment for health science faculty and students, enrollment services, and all visitors who walk through our doors. If you’re detail-oriented, friendly, and excited to be part of a collaborative campus community, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure the seamless daily operation of a high-traffic campus facility by overseeing building functions and coordinating contracted services.
  • Lead on managing vendor relationships, reviewing service agreements, and maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-functioning environment.
  • Deliver exceptional front-line support to hundreds of visitors each day, helping create a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
