Job Description Dock Workers are responsible for loading and unloading trailers for the purpose of transporting a wide variety of cargo, moving cargo, driving a forklift, or using a pallet jack or other freight handling equipment. They operate mobile technology and complete all required paperwork efficiently.

• Operate mobile technology effectively.
• Load and unload trailers for various cargo.
• Perform duties and schedule that vary by terminal location.
• Maintain ABF equipment via the Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Move cargo using a forklift, pallet jack, or other handling equipment.
• Prepare freight for transit.
• Complete all required paperwork.

• Casual position; willing to work evenings, weekends, and as needed.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Stable work record.
• Good safety record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and post-offer company physical.
• Ability to work required shift days and hours at the location.

• Work Hours: Schedule may vary depending on Service Center location.
• Travel Requirements: Minimal (0-25%).
• Compensation: Hourly position paid weekly.
