Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and wants and offer the right vehicles.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
  • Meet and exceed personal and dealership sales targets.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and industry trends.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with customers.
Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Comfortable with CRM tools, email campaigns, social media, and online sales platforms.

    Strong organizational skills to manage leads, appointments, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
  • Great attention to detail and organization.
  • Empathy:
    Ability to understand and relate to customers' needs.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Ability to think on your feet and offer solutions.

    Build trust and avoid pressuring potential buyers.
  • Networking:
    Build a network of contacts for long-term success.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and some holidays.
Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
    • Acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
