Position Title(s): Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor
As a member of Management, you will be the heartbeat of our store, responsible for managing daily operations, inspiring a high-performance team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the store’s success and contribute to our company’s growth.

Stay current with industry trends and opportunities to improve store operations. - Additional duties and projects as required.
- Experience:
Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team. - Leadership
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. - Customer-Centric:
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences. - Analytical
Skills:
Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions. - Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. - Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
- Assistant Store Manager:
Open availability, including hours to open/close the store (mornings, days, nights); minimum 5-day work week; ~44 hours per week, with increases during peak periods. - Supervisor:
Availability to open/close, minimum of 5 days; minimum 30-hour work week. - All Management:
Weekend and holiday availability; punctuality and regular attendance; reliable transportation;
English communication and literacy; ability to work at different company locations as needed.
- Prolonged standing (approximately 5 to 14 hours per day).
- Long periods during peak sale periods.
- Stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to stock merchandise.
- Possible ladder use to stock or acquire merchandise.
- Regular lifting of 5–25 lbs; higher weights may be required in certain circumstances.
- Good vision, including color differentiation; moderately noisy retail environment.
- High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years of retail leadership experience strongly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
