As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. • Use the "AEO Selling Model" to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
• Are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, making product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flexibly perform duties in Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively solve guest concerns while staying within company policy.
• Assist team in fulfilling store goals.
• Act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies & procedures.

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• At least 16 years old.
