Summary of Position

Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and a positive dining experience. Perform duties as directed by the Manager on Duty to maintain a welcoming environment, check out guests at the register, and deliver genuine hospitality.

Position Activities and Tasks

• Host activities and guest interactions
• Report to work well-groomed, in proper uniform, practicing good personal hygiene
• Open doors for guests and greet them warmly
• Use greeting, seating, and waitlist procedures efficiently
• Anticipate and address system issues to maximize guest satisfaction
• Complete wait sheets accurately
• Greet and seat guests, describe features, and provide excellent service
• Process checkouts and ask for feedback on their experience
• Ensure cleanliness of the cashier area, bakery cases, lobby, entryway, restrooms, and dining room
• Assist with to-go orders and support servers as needed
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the shift
• Communicate effectively with team members and management about issues and solutions
