American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position in Sioux City, IA, requiring Epic proficiency and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Day shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) in a hospital Med/Surg setting
• Located at a Level 3 trauma center
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating to other Med/Surg areas and across local campuses may be required
• EMR:
  Epic (experience required)

• Active IA RN license or compact RN license required
• Current BLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience required
• Experience with insulin and heparin administration required
• Epic EMR experience required
• One supervisory reference required for consideration
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility

• Candidate will contribute clinical knowledge and skills as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates who have been employed by UnityPoint within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Travelers are required to work 2 of the following 3 holidays:
  Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving
• RTO is limited to 1 day during the Thanksgiving and winter holiday periods
