Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a temporary Rehab day shift assignment in Sioux City, IA. This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy supporting patient recovery and working in a collaborative rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to rehabilitation patients
Assist patients with recovery goals and activities of daily living
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Requirements
Requirements
Active Iowa RN license (or compact license)
BLS required
1+ year of recent Rehab, Med Surg, or acute care experience preferred
