House Supervisor; Nights-Interim-IA

HCT is seeking an experienced Nursing professional to serve as House Supervisor at a 200+ bed hospital in Iowa. Shifts-night .The House Supervisor will assume administrative responsibility for the management of multiple departments while unit managers and directors are off shift.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN) required; (MSN) preferred
• Experience:
  
  2 years of supervisory experience combined with 3-5 years of relevant work experience; excellent clinical and interpersonal skills; critical thinking skills in an acute care environment with demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• License:
  Current state of Iowa or Compact RN nursing license
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, PALS, TNCC required
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft Office suite

Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare, and transportation.

$155,000 - $164,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and location.
