Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team in Madison, WI. The role requires relocation and the company will fully reimburse travel and relocation costs.

You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. You’ll assist in handling and winning multi‑million‑dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you’ll forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

Your level of responsibility will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of this exciting industry.

• Manage complex litigation and counsel on risk mitigation, regulatory, competition, and healthcare matters.
• Draft motions and briefs, take depositions, and conduct oral arguments.
• Lead settlement negotiations and manage multi‑million‑dollar disputes.
• Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance.

• Experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• Relocation to Madison, WI is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
