The Usher primary responsibility of this position is to maintain order during events so that everyone in attendance may enjoy the event.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Greets guests on arrival and regards on departure in a warm and inviting manner
- Interacts with guests to maintain great guest relations and provide opportunities for loyalty
- Communicates to management in a timely fashion any guest compliments or complaints
- Assists guests with their ticket locations, keeps guests in ticketed areas only, is familiar with all passes and credentials, remains in assigned areas and keeps aisle and walkways clear at all times.
- Is knowledgeable of venue layout.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Detail-oriented and thorough with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- The employee is required to stand for the duration of the shift.
