Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for teaching Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 Sociology face‑to‑face classes as available and assigned in accordance with course competencies and syllabi. Several sections available between the hours of 8AM‑5PM. Develops and/or utilizes a variety of instructional strategies, techniques and delivery methods designed to meet the individual learning style of students. Must evaluate and report student performances and progress in courses in accordance with College and division policies and procedures.
Must meet minimum faculty standards for hire and adhere to college policies and procedures.
Pay: $2490 (per 3 credit course)
Only applicants who reside in Iowa, Nebraska, or South Dakota will be considered
Required Qualifications- Master’s Degree in Sociology – Degree in the related area with a minimum of 18 graduate credits in Sociology.
- Teaching experience is preferred.
