  Shared call with 3 interventionalists

• Weekend Call: EP locum will take general call on the weekend either preceding or following weekday coverage

• Availability Requirement:
  Full-time (1 or more weeks per month)

• Setting:
  Inpatient & Outpatient

• Outreach:
  No current outreach sites

• Telehealth Available

• Average Clinic Volume: 20-25 patients per day

• Average Hospital Census: 10-20 cardiology patients daily

• Appointment Length: 15-30 minutes

• Patient Population:
  Serving Siouxland and surrounding area (100,000+ population)

• Physicians: 3

• Advanced Practice Providers: 5

• EP PA available to assist with post-procedure and established patients

• Supervision of APPs:
  Yes

• Physician-to-Nurse Ratio: 1:1

• Ancillary Staff per Provider: 2:1

• Exam Rooms per Provider: 5

• Onsite Medical Imaging, Lab, and Pharmacy

• Teaching Opportunities:
  Internships and Preceptors

• Clinic visits (new and established)

• Electrophysiology procedures

• Device monitoring: loop recorders, pacemakers, ICDs

• In-clinic device transmissions and reprogramming

• General call coverage

• On-site and remote device transmissions

• EP studies

• Ablations: AFib, AFlutter, SVT, PVC, VT

• Pacemaker, ICD, temporary pacer, loop recorder insertions

• Generator changes

• TEE

• Cardioversions

• Cerner Power Chart

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (new graduates considered) - Required

• Fellowship Trained in Electrophysiology - Required

• Active Iowa License or Active IMLC - Required

• Must be available full-time (1+ weeks per month) - Required
