This is a full-time, on-site role located in Spencer, IA & Sioux Falls, SD for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will perform regular maintenance and repairs on essential equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and conduct field service tasks as needed. The role involves ensuring the functionality and safety of rental equipment, maintaining high standards of customer service, and working collaboratively with the team to uphold the company’s commitment to operational excellence.

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair, including the ability to service and maintain a wide range of equipment.
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical or technical issues effectively.
• Experience in Field Service, ensuring reliable servicing and addressing equipment needs on-site.
• Strong focus on Customer Service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team-based environment.
• Previous experience in equipment rental, construction, or maintenance industries is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certifications are preferred.
