Our client is a well-established retail company, that is evolving its customer journey through technology, content, and measurable growth, is looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager, to own and scale their digital growth across search, social, and emerging AI-powered discovery channels. This role is for a hands‑on digital marketer who thrives at the intersection of SEO, AEO, GEO, content, performance media, and AI, and knows how to turn visibility into measurable business impact.

You will shape how their brand is discovered across traditional search engines, answer engines, and AI experiences, while driving demand, engagement, and conversion across B2C channels.

Responsibilities:
  • In this role, the Performance Marketing Manager will lead end‑to‑end performance and content initiatives, improving search and AI visibility through SEO, AEO, and GEO optimisation.
  • You will build and own a content roadmap that balances reach and conversion across web and social, maintain high content standards, and drive consistent engagement through a strong social media strategy and calendar.
  • You will plan, execute, and optimise integrated organic and paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, Tik Tok, and Linked In, managing budgets, testing, and performance improvements.
  • You will track and analyse results across channels, translate data into clear insights and recommendations, and communicate outcomes confidently to stakeholders.
  • A core part of the role is leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign optimisation, and research—while staying ahead of evolving search, social, and AI discovery trends.
Requirements:
  • Ideal candidates must have at least 7 years of hands‑on digital and performance marketing experience, ideally within B2C, retail, luxury, or e‑commerce environments, with a proven ability to run multi‑channel initiatives from planning to execution and optimisation.
  • You must be strong in data analytics and performance measurement, comfortable using GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and major SEO/AEO tools, and confident managing agencies or external partners.
  • Experience optimising for AI‑driven and answer‑based search experiences is essential, as is practical, day‑to‑day use of AI in marketing workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management, clear communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast‑evolving digital and AI landscapes are critical to success in this role.
