- Develop and maintain data pipelines supporting product analytics, evaluation, and visualization needs
- Support data collection from multiple product sources, ensuring data consistency, completeness, and quality
- Build and maintain datasets for AI evaluation—handling data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and anonymization
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports that help teams monitor product metrics and AI performance
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to align data structures with evolving analysis goals
- 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and one of Python/Go/Scala for data processing
- Hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Dagster)
- Familiarity with modern data warehouses (Big Query, Snowflake, Redshift) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Superset)
- Solid understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data governance best practices
