• Lead the design, development, and implementation of backend systems with a focus on data compliance and multi‑region architecture.

• Drive the technical development for overseas marketing systems (mainly Klaviyo), ensuring solutions are scalable and compliant.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to quickly understand business needs, refine requirements, and deliver impactful solutions.

• Ensure production stability through proactive monitoring and rapid incident resolution.

• Build, mentor, and grow a high‑performing backend engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.

• 8+ years of backend development experience, with solid system design and implementation capabilities.

• Proficient in Python, Go, or Java, and familiar with relevant frameworks and development tools (e.g., Git, IDEs).

• Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud ecosystem (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Cloud Watch).

• Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end — from design to delivery — with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills, especially in ensuring production reliability.

• Experience in data compliance, marketing automation, or multi‑region architecture projects.
  Prior experience managing or mentoring engineering teams.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern Dev Ops practices.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business goals into technical strategy.

• Passion for continuous learning, new technologies, and building scalable, impactful systems.
