We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR cum Finance Manager. This role requires a detail‑oriented professional with strong organizational, analytical, and people management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for global hiring and daily finance operations and payroll.

Human Resources (HR)
  • Lead end-to-end global recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and employment contracts.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Oversee payroll administration and statutory contributions.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
  • Design and implement performance appraisal and evaluation systems, ensuring fair and transparent assessment of employee performance.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning & development programs.
  • Support organizational culture building, engagement initiatives, and retention strategies.
Finance
  • Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reimbursements, and petty cash.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory filings, taxation, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with external accountants, corporate secretary, and banks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of combined HR and finance experience, preferably in a fast‑growing or multinational environment.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and performance appraisal systems.

Recruitment experience.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under pressure.

Start‑up experience, preferably in Web3, Crypto, Blockchain, SaaS, or related field.

Proficient in English and Mandarin.
