The Role: The Client Services Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experience with Capital IQ Solutions products. The role starts with intensive training on Capital Markets, S&P Capital IQ Platform вступиkombined with on‑the‑job learning. • Help clients navigate and extract data from the S&P Global Market Intelligence product range.
• Assist with building models using the S&P Global Market Intelligence Excel Plug‑in.
• Collaborate with content, commercial, and technical teams to address client queries and maintain data quality.
• Proactively reach out to clients to deliver demos and train them on our offerings, tailoring content to their workflow.

• Ability to start in March 2026.
• BScژن or BA (or equivalent) completed no later than March 2026.
• Background in Business, Economics or Finance is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
• Passionate about building relationships with finance professionals and eager to learn in the financial services industry.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, teamwork, and a proactive, “can‑do” attitude.
