The Front End Manager provides quality customer service, directing and supervising all functions and activities of the Front-End personnel. And to maintain and operate the front end in an efficient manner within store policies.## Qualifications

*** Friendly* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong leadership skills.
* Maintain business confidentiality at all times.
* Must be available for opening, closing and weekend shifts.
* Good communication and listening skills.
* Attention to detail and organization.
* Integrity* Knowledge of the grocery industry.
* Ability to lift (up to a minimum of 25 lbs.)
* Possesses the math skills necessary to supervise and handle Front-End transactions and operations.
** Education/
Experience:
*** High school education or the equivalent combination of education and background.
* Must have experience in the retail industry and Front-End operations.
