Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain industrial thermal processing equipment at customer facilities.
  • Provide emergency and scheduled repair services for production equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and perform repairs.
  • Read and interpret manuals, work orders, diagrams, and pencil sketches.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on various machines and facility systems.
  • Perform minor plumbing and welding tasks as needed.
  • Operate hand and power tools, meters, material handling equipment safely.
  • Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report issues promptly.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environments per company and OSHA regulations.
  • Travel regularly (up to 75%) for assignments across the country.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience in industrial settings.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75% (including overnights).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Skilled in using hand tools, meters, and welding equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be safety-conscious, organized, and dependable.

Schedule
  • Full‑Time – Monday to Friday
  • Weekend and overtime work may be required depending on project needs.
Location
  • This is a travel‑based role requiring up to 75% travel, including local and overnight trips to customer sites across the U.S. Home base flexibility provided for qualified candidates.
