• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and preferences for flooring and design.
• Present flooring options, samples, and design solutions tailored to each client s style.
• Provide accurate measurements and pricing estimates for flooring projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and installation techniques.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage sales leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in flooring or home improvement.
• Strong design sense and the ability to visualize flooring solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver s license.
• Familiarity with flooring products and installation processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $ per year
