Starting pay $12.50 plus commission! Immediate positions available.

• Complete a required 5-week manager training course with performance metrics
• Interview, hire, and develop store staff
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help employees meet theirs
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory, and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to effectively motivate others
• Physically able to stand, bend, walk for long periods
• Physically able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Other duties as assigned
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
