We are seeking a highly skilled and committed Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide exceptional anesthesia services across diverse patient populations. Required Skills:

• Board Certification by NBCRNA
• Valid South Carolina State License
• BLS and ACLS Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of anesthesia experience
• Proficiency in anesthesia procedures and equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• DEA certification for medication management

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Expertise in various anesthesia modalities (general, OB/GYN, ENT, ortho)
• Ability to handle diverse patient age groups (15-100)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctoral or master's degree in Nursing Anesthesia
• Prior experience in acute care or surgical settings
• Proven ability to work independently and under pressure

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work scheduled shifts (either 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 4x10-hour shifts or 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM with 5x8-hour shifts)
• Availability for home call every two weeks with a response time of 30-45 minutes
• Full compliance with vaccination requirements
• Pass credentialing and privileging processes promptly

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $239.46, with additional compensation for on-call duties, including flat rates for night/weekend call and callback rates. Shift coverage includes rotating schedules, ensuring ample time off post-call. Supporting staff includes one anesthesia tech, and patient volume is approximately 200 daily, ranging from ages 15 to 100.
