Assembly Associate- First Shift

Recruiting Solutions is seeking Assembly Workers for a leading manufacturing company in Simpsonville, SC! This is a full-time, first-shift position offering a starting pay of $18.50/hour, with pay increases up to $20/hour once hired on permanently.

• Assemble and disassemble mechanical and electrical components using hand tools and blueprints
• Troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble equipment that does not pass inspection
• Inspect and maintain assembly and test equipment according to engineering standards
• Safely move materials to and from workstations
• Follow all safety guidelines and quality procedures

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow blueprints or work instructions
• Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments
• Previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and meet production goals
