• Support the CARE values of the organization.
• Commit to producing a quality product for our customers.
• Operate machinery to create shipping packages.
• Assemble, line, and pad shipping boxes.
• Pack cabinetry parts and pieces in shipping boxes and apply product labels to the boxes.
• Seal shipping boxes using a box stapler and tape gun or feed into an automatic tape machine.
• Offload sealed boxes from the packing line into the warehouse storage area.
• Remove defective products or materials, placing them in specified areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience in woodworking or carpentry preferred.
• Knowledge of adding and subtracting measurements.
• Proficient with reading measuring devices including tape measures, straight rulers, and levels.
• Able to identify the proper tools needed to complete tasks and use them effectively.
• Detail‑oriented.

Communication is required across all levels of the organization—executive team, other functional leaders, subordinates, and production floor workers. The Parts Wrapper works under the immediate supervision of the Department Supervisor.

• Must be able to lift or move in excess of 50 lbs at a time.
• Stand, walk, stoop, and perform motions for an extended period.

Safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes are required at all times while on the production floor. Other PPE may be required.

Non‑air‑conditioned environments; hazardous materials such as paints, stains, and solvents; machinery, conveyors, spray booths, and drying racks.
