This is a full-time, on-site position located in Simpsonville, SC, for a Terminal Manager. The Terminal Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the terminal, including managing teams, ensuring efficient terminal operations, facilitating employee training, and maintaining exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, supervising loading and unloading procedures, maintaining compliance with regulations and safety standards, and driving operational excellence.

- Experience in Operations Management and Terminal Operations to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with standards.
- Proficient in delivering excellent Customer Service and fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to train and develop team members to enhance skills and operational capabilities.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Safety-conscious mindset and ability to ensure adherence to safety protocols in daily operations.
- Relevant work experience in terminal management or similar fields; experience in the cement or construction industry is a plus.
- Mechanical background and experience preferred.
