Successful candidates will have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in associated field
• Advanced degree is preferred
• Certification to practice in South Carolina
• Experience in a long-term care setting is helpful
• Ability to use or quickly learn Point Click Care and Casamba

Your day to day:

Our ST will carry out care plans for our residents based on the physician treatment plan. You will record treatment notes and weekly progress. You will participate in patient care and rehab conferences as needed.
