• Assist in maintaining the physical, social, and psychological environment that supports residents.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in personnel tasks to ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Maintain residents' records daily, documenting medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, observations, and changes in physical condition or behavior.
• Accurately account for all medications including controlled substances per policy.
• Assist with completion of medication cart audits as directed by leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Medication Technician and CPR/First Aid certifications from a state‑approved program.
• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
