Starting pay: $18 per hour

• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Assist the store manager with daily administrative tasks
• Help train new sales associates
• Hold team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Open and close the business
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and demonstrate tanning equipment usage
• Attend off‑site sales and job trainings

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18 years
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours per day)
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
