On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T2462) role s position is on-demand with a flexible schedule and offers an hourly rate of $18.25 USD.

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and resolving guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist guests with store services including checkout, returns, loyalty enrollment, and digital tools (Target App features, Wallet, and other offerings).
• Support fulfillment services (Order Pick Up, Drive Up, Registry) and maintain accurate, safe handling of merchandise.
• Engage with guests to promote store programs, brand launches, and services while upholding Target’s policies and procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, stock supplies as needed, and operate within safety guidelines.
• Escalate and de-escalate guest situations with leadership support when required while maintaining a compliant service environment.
• Partner with team members and leaders to ensure a positive guest experience and efficient store operations.

• Provide fast, friendly service at check lanes and guest services areas.
• Assist guests with product and service questions, troubleshooting, and guidance on using Target’s digital tools.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products, services, and loyalty benefits to help guests enroll or activate features.
• Perform cashier duties, scan items, bag groceries, and support cash handling as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace; assist with store tasks during open hours.

• Enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-moving, active role with teamwork and flexible scheduling.
• Willing to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Effective communication, positive service mindset, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to use handheld devices, scanners, and the Target app to assist guests and complete transactions.
• Capable of lifting up to 44 pounds with assistance as needed and working in different store environments.
• Active engagement by picking up shifts and responding to scheduling requests; failure to work shifts may result in termination per policy.
