Seasonal Sales Associate duties include delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences, product knowledge, and supporting store operations during the holiday season.

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and appealing.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Perform physical activities including standing, walking, reaching, lifting; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to climb ladders.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment.
• Maintain company values, policies, and procedures.
