Summary We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Licensed Realtor to join our team as a Showing Assistant, working closely with the top-producing agent on our team.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated agent who loves working with buyers, learning the business at a high level, and providing exceptional service—without the pressure of negotiations or contract preparation.

• Active California Real Estate License
• In good standing with the local Board of Realtors
• MLS access
• Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and track buyers’ needs, concerns, and questions
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Reliable vehicle and computer
• Availability to work weekends and late afternoons
• Strong knowledge of Simi Valley, Moorpark, and the Conejo Valley

• You are excited by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
• Show homes to buyers and provide a high-touch, professional experience
• Work closely with the lead agent to understand buyer goals and preferences
• Stay informed on current inventory and market activity
• Meet and communicate with listing agents
• Understand real estate contracts and transaction flow (
