Position Summary

Lead and oversee daily production operations in a complex aerospace manufacturing environment. Drive safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives while maximizing workflow efficiency. Implement Lean principles to support operational excellence and profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Promote a zero-accident safety culture
• Supervise and develop a high-performing production team
• Drive quality improvements to reduce rework and scrap
• Monitor production schedules and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Lead process improvements using Lean methodologies
• Support value stream transformations and new product transfers
• Develop standardized work instructions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align production with business goals
• Communicate effectively across shifts and departments

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge
• Experience improving cost, efficiency, and team performance metrics
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and meet business objectives
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
