Desired Pay Rate Range: XX28 - XX30XX

1st Shift: 7-3:30pm (M-F)
Must Haves (Required):
- Drawing Reading and Understanding
- Manufacturing Environment Experience
- Basic use general Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Equipment Maintenance / Troubleshooting
- Experience with Tooling and Fixture Design or Idea Generation
- Experience with Electronics / Electro-mechanical
- Various Product Lines, Ability to develop into technician 2 and subsequent roles through experience and trainings, training on ME group core functions and some specific processes such as electronics manufacturing and acceptance.
- Target Companies:
Manufacturing Environments withing Aerospace, Medical, Pharma, Automotive and or Similar Service Environments (if candidate exhibits experience in noted technical skills and competencies) such as automotive service, equipment service. - Manufacturing Engineering Technician I
- Provides expertise in setting-up and conducting simple product evaluation, creating process documentation, and operations support. Ensures high quality process development of products/components.
- Interpret drawings, procedures, and process documents to support Operations with their procedures
- Support Manufacturing Engineering department in execution of development and product evaluation activities
- Creates product test plans, procedures, and reports with guidance
- Assists with process validation test programs to ensure products/systems meet design specs
- Acts as a resource for operations to explain drawing and process requirements
- Support equipment maintenance team with advanced diagnostics of our equipment
- Performs analysis and troubleshooting to determine root causes of failure of product and equipment
- Select and procure tooling and equipment using purchase requisitions and approval for expenditure process
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Assists with welding and brazing development and qualification
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary
- Years of Experience (Required): 1+ years of relevant experience
- Able to apply expertise in systematic discipline and analytical approach to problem solving
- Ability to apply processes and procedures to accomplish tasks
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with raw material processing, and assembly
- Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience
- Effective interpersonal skills to drive tasks to completion
- Effective oral and written communication
