We’re partnering with a highly respected boutique law firm focused on construction and engineering law, seeking an Associate Attorney to join their growing team in Simi Valley, CA (hybrid).

What You’ll Be Working On- Construction and engineering-related litigation and disputes
- Construction defect, contract, and technical matters
- Direct client interaction and partner collaboration
- Hands-on involvement from strategy through resolution
- Complex, intellectually engaging construction/engineering matters
- Strong mentorship and partner access
- Competitive compensation up to $175K (DOE)
- Long-term career growth in a specialized practice
- 3+ years of relevant construction or engineering law experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and litigation skills
- Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
