Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Simi Valley & Thousand Oaks
A long-standing nonprofit organization is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide person-centered behavioral services in the Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks areas.
About the Role
The BCBA Consultant will conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, provide staff training, analyze data, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. This role averages 2 hours per person per month of combined direct and indirect services.
ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments and develop behavior plans for clients.
Provide staff training and ongoing supervision as needed.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform service delivery and outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure person-centered supports.

Option 1: BCBA Route
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of human services experience
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Active BCBA certification
Option 2:
Licensed Professional Route
- 12 ABA units
- CA license (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or similar)
- 2+ years designing/implementing behavior services
- Knowledge of CA Regional Center or similar systems
- Exempt position
- $80,000-$100,000 annually depending on experience/licensing
