Behavior Technician:Pay Rate: $20‑24 per hour (negotiable)
Experience:
Up to 6 months
Pay Rate: $24‑28 per hour (negotiable)

Pay Rate: $28‑30 per hour (negotiable)
Experience:
Over 2 years with a bachelor's degree

Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Provide direct one‑on‑one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Collect data on client progress and behavior using specified methods.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
- RBT Certification
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field
- Proficiency in patient care, HIPAA, and medical documentation
- Experience in behavioral therapy and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and care plans
- Ability to implement applied behavior analysis techniques
- Skilled in behavior management and data collection techniques
