• Duties included, but not limited to:
• Verifying client data/medical records
• Answering telephones
• Greeting client families in lobby and assisting as needed
• Occasional night services as needed/set-up, tear down, & clean-up
• Office inventory, cleaning, and maintenance
• Receiving and staging of supplies, casket, & flower deliveries
• Proficient use of computers, software, and technology
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to conduct with a “family first” approach
• Excellent customer service both on telephone and in-person
• Ability to attend to families with the utmost care

Maintain a valid CA driver’s license & clean driving record

Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing between 25-100lbs

Ability to operate computer, mouse, copier/printer, and telephone

Ability to work on a computer and look at a computer screen for extended periods of time

Use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
