La Petite Academy is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire children and develop interactive learning experiences.

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and center success.

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Position-based compensation: $19.09 - $19.84 per hour, with bi‑weekly or daily pay options.
