About the Role
Are you a people person who loves helping customers and closing deals? Aspire Broadband is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Call Center Sales & Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our customers—turning leads into subscribers, answering questions, and ensuring every customer has a smooth start with our high-speed broadband service.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to pre-registered leads to schedule installations.
- Handle inbound calls from prospects and customers—answering product, pricing, and service questions.
- Update customer records, document interactions, and elevate tickets to Support as needed.
- Follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and request referrals.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to pre-registered leads and schedule installs.
Answer inbound calls from prospects or customers.
Use Sonar and Crowd Fiber to check service availability, pricing, and appointment slots.
Update customer records, elevate tickets to Support when needed.
Follow up with customers after installation for satisfaction and referrals.
