Graveyard Sunday-Friday night, 10 PM - 6 AM

As a Sanitation Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant manufacturing facility while supporting food safety standards.

As a Sanitation Technician, you'll:

• Strictly follow and enforce food safety and quality policies, GMPs, SOPs, and SSOPs to ensure compliance.
• Support efforts to improve, maintain, and validate sanitation and safety practices across all areas.
• Clean and sanitize equipment using chemicals, foamer, steam cleaner, pressure washer, and sanitation sprayer.
• Read chemical labels carefully to ensure the safe application of cleaning agents.
• Perform light cleaning around electrical equipment, including picking up garbage, sweeping with a dust mop, and ensuring general cleanliness.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed for thorough sanitation.
• Record all cleaning activities accurately on sanitation logs.
• Prepare and apply cleaning solutions according to specific instructions, ensuring correct chemical concentrations and solution levels.

What You'll Bring:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English or Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards in sanitation.
• Commercial CGMP, manufacturing, or food industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that fluctuates based on production demands.
